The NCPE Budget Impact Model Template is intended to guide applicants in the calculation of the eligible patient population, drug acquisition costs and cost offsets, presentation of budget impact results and analysis of uncertainty.
Version 2.2 of the Budget Impact Model was published on 2nd May 2025 and replaces version 2.1.

For those companies who have already started to prepare a Budget Impact Model, the previous version of the template (Version 2.1) will be acceptable until the 2nd June 2025.
